The working process of a Soya Chunks Machine begins with the preparation of raw materials. Defatted soy flour is mixed with water and other ingredients in the required proportion to create a uniform mixture. This prepared material is then fed into the extruder machine through an automatic feeding system.
Inside the machine, the material passes through a specially designed screw and barrel system where it is exposed to high temperature, pressure, and mechanical friction. During this process, the protein structure changes and forms a fibrous texture similar to meat. This extrusion process is the most important stage in producing high-quality soya chunks.
